In 1998, Judy turned her full focus to the growth of AIL World, becoming a member of administrative senior management and joining the Executive Council. She continued to lead the growth and development of quality and client retention, as well as developing training and support materials, scripts, and sales support materials.
Judy has an avid passion for, and success in mentoring people in their professional development and personal growth. She has integrated this into her role as Director of Agency, and has helped many of our associates and staff in this area. Judy is known as the "Mom" of AIL World.
