James Hill began his career at AIL World in August 2004 as an agent in Redmond, Washington. Eight months later James joined the accounting team and immediately became instrumental in making tremendous advances in virtually every department and in all areas of the business. He earned a promotion to Assistant Chief Financial Officer in 2005.

 

In one seven month period in 2006, James led an operational mission that doubled the number of AIL World offices. This led to a promotion to Director of Agency Development and a seat on the Board of Directors. In 2007, James earned a promotion to Director of Operations.

James earned both a Bachelor of Science degree and a Masters degree in Finance from Washington State University. While in college, James met his wife Jessica. They currently live in the city of Newcastle, Washington with their sons Jacob and Ilija. James enjoys golfing, reading business books, and watching sports.
