Bo Gentile joined American Income Life in the year 2000. Just three years later, with the agent count more than double compared to when he started, Bo promoted to Vice President.

 

The Torchmark Corporate office took notice of Bo’s impressive ability to work with agents to grow their business. In 2006, Bo earned a promotion to Vice President of Agent Recruiting for all five Torchmark companies.   

 

At Torchmark Bo realized that AIL World is where the energy, excitement, and opportunity lives. In 2007, Bo joined AIL World as the Director of Recruiting. Bo’s passion for building great teams will help each agency grow by becoming world-class in the field of hiring. As Bo says, ‘My mission is your success.’  

 

Bo is a road warrior during the weekdays racking-up frequent flyer miles visiting all the AIL agencies throughout North America to help them select the very best people. On the weekends Bo lives in McKinney, Texas with his wife Mindy, their dog Hemi, and two cats Maverick and Harley.
